am charged by my insurance company based on my
individual circumstance....your amount is very likely

as the most anybody could be charged, but you will
have to check for yourself.

great blue herons frequent the docks and dolphins
frequent the marina waters and entire area.  redfish,
drumfish, trout, sheephead, mangro snapper and
flounder can be caught without having to even leave
the marina or even the boat.  pelicans used to be
here in large numbers as well but have mostly moved
out with the increasing number of boats making their
homes here.  however they frequent fly-over and
often keep you company at the lighted fish cleaning
station at the marina, who hosts a number of fishing
tournments during the year.  the marina clubhouse
and pool area also host weddings, parties and private
functions.  island moorings marina residents have all
of the facilities for their use as well.
